Applications for within Stoke-on-Trent area must be submitted to Stoke-on-Trent City Council directly, if in doubt please check before proceeding with your application.

You will be asked in the 'Documents' section to upload separate files containing

NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works) Operator Card, front and back of the card required
NRSWA Supervisor Card, front and back of the card required.
Public Liability Insurance documentation, Minimum of 5 million required.

Please ensure you have these digital documents to hand before proceeding with your application.
