Privacy notice

Your information is collected on this form for the following reasons:

  • The training you are applying for is funded through a grant from the Department of Education. Your information will be shared with them so the council can claim the funding.

  • Your information will be shared with the course provider so they can deliver your course.

Multiply courses are for people aged 19 and over, living in Staffordshire who would like to brush up and develop their numeracy skills for everyday life work or progression.

Your provider will check you are eligible for the course using the questions below. Your tutor will review your enrolment form and may need to collect more details from you to confirm your enrolment.
