You may report a concern anonymously. It is, however, often useful for the investigator to discuss the concern in detail, and so it may assist further investigation if you are able to provide contact details.

If you choose to remain anonymous, please take time to include as much detail as possible when reporting a concern. Where appropriate, and if known, the following details could help instigate an investigation:

How and when the fraud, bribery or theft took place
Who is committing the offense
Who else may be implicated
The approximate value
